The main project target groups are young scientists and postdoctoral students in relevant scientific areas (collectively: „young scientists“) that will be newly employed through this project. Each of the recruited scientists will live and work in the Republic of Coatia and contribute to its development during project implementation, thus having the benefits through achieving specific objectives:

Objective 1

Objective 1

Providing the employment possibility within improvement of human resources in research and innovation.

Objective 2

Objective 2

Objective 3

Objective 3

Implementation of interdisciplinary research of innovative surfaces and materials, based on scientific excellence and technological relevancy.

Objective 4

Objective 4

Increasing visibility and integration of young scientists into European research area.

Such combination of measures is designed to maximize future employability of recruited scientists in academic or industrial sector.

Therefore, assumed mid-term project impact on 5 selected scientists will be a successful continuation of productive and independent upward path in the career in line with the goal of the improvement of human capital in education, research and development.

If in the long-term the beneficiaries of MIPoMat project would develop into influential individuals in any of the sectors listed, long-term project impact will be measured on the level of contribution to strategic goals of innovative economy development based on the knowledge.
